Privacy Policy

Last updated 31 May 2026

This policy explains what Sana (Regenesis.one) collects, how it is used, and who else processes it. We collect the minimum needed to run an invitation-only service.

What we collect

  • Identity — your name, email, and avatar from Google when you sign in.
  • Conversations — the messages you send and the replies you receive, stored so your history is available to you.
  • Billing metadata — order and credit records. We never see or store your card details; those are held by our payments provider.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, to generate replies, to meter and display your credit, and to respond to support requests. We do not sell your data or use your conversations for advertising.

Who else processes your data

To run the Service we share the necessary data with:

  • Google — sign-in.
  • OpenRouter and the upstream model providers it routes to — your message content and the system prompt are sent to generate each reply.
  • Polar — payments (merchant of record).
  • Neon — database hosting; Fly.io — application hosting.

Conversations are processed by the model provider to produce answers; we do not claim they are processed only by us.

Retention, deletion, and export

You can ask us to delete your account; we remove your identity and conversations. Financial records are retained as long as record-keeping requires, then purged. You can ask for a copy of your conversations and credit history. We cannot recall data already received by the processors above. Email harri@regenesis.one to request deletion or export.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
