Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sana (“the Service”), operated by Regenesis.one. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Sana is an invitation-only AI companion for conversation and reflection. Replies are generated by third-party language models. The Service is provided for personal, lawful use.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Access requires a valid invitation code and sign-in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive; do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload it; do not use it to generate content that is illegal or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Credit and payments

Each invited account receives a small amount of included conversation credit. Further credit may be purchased as one-time top-ups and is consumed only as you use the Service, metered by the actual cost of each reply. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and appears on your statement. Credit is for use of the Service and has no cash value except as set out in our Refund Policy.

AI output

Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. They are not professional advice — not medical, legal, financial, or otherwise — and should not be relied upon for important decisions. You are responsible for how you use them.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Regenesis.one is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credit in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service. On termination, unused purchased credit is handled per the Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
